Refund policy

No Change-of-Mind Returns
Little Trade Co proudly supports independent makers and small businesses. For this reason, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind for any in-store or online purchases.

However, we fully comply with Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if your item:

  • is faulty or defective
  • arrives damaged
  • is not fit for purpose
  • is significantly different from the description or sample

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon receiving it. If your item is damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with:

  • your order number
  • a description of the issue
  • clear photos of the fault or damage

Online Purchases – Approved Returns

If a return is approved under ACL, we will provide instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid return label.

Items sent back without prior approval cannot be accepted.

In‑Store Purchases – Approved Returns

If your item was purchased in store, any approved return must be completed in store.

Please bring one of the following as proof of purchase:

  • printed receipt
  • email receipt
  • bank statement showing the Little Trade Co transaction

Returns cannot be processed without proof of purchase.

Items Not Eligible for Return (Unless Faulty)

  • personal care items
  • custom or personalised goods
  • perishable items
  • hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases
  • gift cards
  • sale items

Refunds

Once we receive and assess an approved return, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
