Little Trade Co offers a flat rate shipping fee of $25 Australia-wide on all postable orders.
Our store features products from a range of local makers and small businesses, including jewellery, clothing, homewares, gifts and specialty products. As product sizes and packaging requirements vary significantly, we have chosen a simple flat-rate shipping model to ensure orders are packed and delivered safely without unexpected costs at checkout.
Where possible, items ordered together will be consolidated and shipped as a single parcel.
Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
During busy periods, public holidays, or special events, processing times may be extended. Customers will be notified if significant delays are expected.
Delivery Timeframes
Delivery timeframes are dependent on Australia Post and may vary depending on your location.
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be provided via email.
Shipping Restrictions
Some products are not suitable for postage due to their size, fragility, or handling requirements. These items will be clearly marked as:
Pickup Only
and will not be eligible for delivery.
Click & Collect
We offer free Click & Collect from the following locations:
Canberra
Orders are generally available for collection within 1–3 business days.
Goulburn
Orders may require transfer from our Canberra location before collection. Additional preparation time may apply and customers will be notified when their order is ready for pickup.
Please wait until you receive a collection notification before attending either pickup location.
Pickup Only Products
Some items, including selected artworks, fragile pieces, oversized products and specialty hampers, are available for collection only.
These products cannot be shipped and must be collected from either our Canberra or Goulburn pickup locations.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
Once an order has been handed to Australia Post, delivery timeframes are outside of Little Trade Co's control.
If your parcel has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us and we will assist in lodging an enquiry with Australia Post where appropriate.
